"Why the Blog Still Matters in a Video‑First World"
It’s been a little quiet over here on the QAGamer blog lately, and for good reason.
Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on bringing our content to life in a whole new way... through video. Many of the articles you first read right here have been reimagined for our growing Rumble channel, where livestreams, trailer reactions, and community events have helped us connect with gamers in real time.
But as much as we’ve embraced video, there’s something about this blog that
still hits different.
And that’s why it’s time to bring it back.
The Shift to Video
There’s no denying that video dominates the gaming space today. Whether it’s developer updates, chaotic multiplayer streams, or deep-dive commentary, video is where most gamers are hanging out. And we’re right there too.
Through our Rumble channel, we’ve been able to reach new audiences, expand our community, and bring a more dynamic layer to the content we’ve always created. It’s fast, visual, and interactive... and there’s no slowing down.
Moving Forward (Blog + Video)
The blog isn’t being replaced by video. It’s being powered by it. Moving forward, the blog and the channel will work together.
You’ll see:
Original written posts that stand alone
Articles that expand on ideas discussed during streams
Content that serves as a script or launchpad for future videos
Behind-the-scenes insights into the work we’re doing as a community
You’ll also start to see more community-focused spotlights and themed posts, from commentary on remasters and broken matchmaking to retrospectives, indie highlights, and more.
